‘Dad & the DC3’
On the Southern ring road of Iceland lies this amazing DC3 aircraft wreck. It lies on a lava field that it crash landed on in the 1970’s. No-one died but the fuselage was left and now is a must see place. It can be very busy in the day, but at night its a different matter. I visited Iceland with my dad in 2020 for the first ever time. Here he can be seen standing shining his torch towards me as the aurora danced overhead. A really amazing experience and to share it with my dad was fantastic.
In the sky you can see Cygnus & the winter MIlky Way arching down the sky. In the top left corner, the most distant object visible to the naked eye, Andromeda our sister galaxy, Andromeda lies 2.537 million light years away and contains a trillion stars. Pretty mind-blowing really!
Available framed in Oak, Black, Ultra HP Acrylic photo print or a HD Metallic print under acrylic glass
All large size photographs are limited and framed in either black or oak (any framing choice can be for catered for, just ask)

I use AR70 ART Glass for the non reflective option. This is some of the best on the market and allows you to completely protect your artwork for UV (like the normal glass) but also have zero reflections so allowing you to see the photograph as it should be seen. It also allow for much more creative options when lighting.
