Sycamore Gap Starswirl

Description

140 separate exposures taken over 45 minutes show the rotation of Earth over this very famous tree.  Sycamore Gap on Hadrian’s Wall is a favourite night time walk for me and the dogs.  A real sense of history and scale at this beautiful place and I love to watch the Milky Way core rise and its arms arching across the sky and often see meteorites skimming the Earths atmosphere.  A place I love to visit and spend time, mostly at night
