Iceland Aurora Tours
Iceland 2025 Guided tour
1st to 7th February 2025 – 6 places (1 left)
£1800 per person or £3250 for 2 if booked together
The next 12 months or so give us the best opportunity to see the Northern Lights as we are approaching a solar maximum, meaning the sun’s activity is peaking and this is the end of another 11-year cycle. Because of this, this means that 2025 is going to be the best chance for us all to see the Northern Lights dance until 2036. There is no better place to see this for yourselves than in ‘the land of ice and fire’, Iceland. This is a once in a lifetime tour, giving you the best chance to see the aurora while also seeing the best of the Icelandic landscape. I will also be there, camera in hand to get photographs to catalogue your Icelandic experience
I’ve visited Iceland many times now and love to show others the beauty of the landscape & the stunning clear and dark skies above. I’ve spend my time here finding fantastic places to take you where you will really see the best of Iceland on this trip. This is trip where we cover some miles and visit many different amazing locations, stopping many times a day to experience this diverse and spectacular landscape. This is a once in a lifetime road trip and I think the best way to see as much of Iceland as possible during your visit.
I love Iceland and love nothing more than to show others around and see their faces as they see ‘The Land of Ice & Fire’ with their own eyes. An epic landscape, like nowhere I’ve ever been before or since. An island built by volcanoes and tectonic activity, it’s an ever-changing landscape, one that also changes massively between its seasons. From the green of summer and the sun that never quite sets giving you the land of the midnight sun to the darkness & snow of the winter months and its glorious light shows in the sky.
As you journey the views are spectacular & enchanting. massive mountains appear over the horizon as you traverse the ancient lava fields & a landscape like no other unfolds before your eyes. Spectacular waterfalls, black sand beaches, sea stacks, volcanoes, geysers and so much more.
One of the main goals of this trip will be to visit as many of these places as time and weather allow, while keeping an eye to the sky for one of the true wonders, the aurora borealis. I can’t promise clear skies but I do promise you’ll be in the most amazing places to watch the northern lights dance should they arrive as is highly likely in 2025.
